工作职责:
1.Work closely with local suppliers on order execution and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
2.Finish weekly report like: PO tracker, extension approval tracker and escalation log.
3. Handle with weekly/monthly reports.
任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree in Merchandising, Business Management, or equivalent.
2.At least 3 years of working experience in reputable global retail chain stores, sourcing/trading company, or buying offices.
3.Strong production and order follow-up experience.
4.Good English written and verbal communication skills to facilitate interaction with overseas counterparts and merchandising teams, as well as suppliers and service providers.
5.Positive working attitude, proactive & energetic. A quick learner and a team player.
6.multi-tasking. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7.Good sense of responsibility. Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
8.Good command of Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
9.Willing to travel when required.
