工作职责：

Manage a small team to ensure ODM / OEM suppliers overall quality
Design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for quality improvement
Coordinate internal audits, evaluate findings, implement corrective actions, report and communicate outcomes to relevant parties
Ensure product quality before shipment
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

任职资格：

Over 8 years solid experience in quality management position in production or manufacturing environment, at least 3 years working experience in managerial position
Experience in electrical consumer appliances manufacturing, knowledge in electric fireplace and heating products will be an advantage.
Familiar with quality tools and methodology
Strong leadership and management skills. Able to positively influence others.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Degree in engineering
Good command of spoken and written English
