工作职责：

Work with Global Development and Brands teams from beginning of new product development through production to ensure all necessary testing has been completed, samples and formulas reviewed to fully support best quality product at launch.

Work with Hatch Beauty Quality & Regulatory and Global Development teams to review and validate external manufacturers and suppliers from a QA/QC perspective; ensuring that their certifications, internal processes, and manufacturing methods meet Hatch Beauty and customers’ standards and requirements.

Under the direction of Hatch Beauty LLC USA, coordinate continuous quality/process improvement programs at Contract Manufacturers’ and suppliers’ sites to ensure that all manufacturing batches conform to Hatch Beauty standards (COA, Retains, Ongoing Stability, Test Results, etc).

Drive external manufacturer non-conformance investigations. Ensures the execution of corrective action. Follow up with vendors and ensure that the corrective action can be completed.

Manage production samples retention process.

Communicate requirements and resolutions of quality issues with Contract Manufacturers.

Coordinate and manage all and any testing required during development and production including stability, compatibility, etc.

Coordinate, where necessary, in-line or final production third party inspections and necessary reporting and corrective actions (if necessary)

Participate in contract manufacturer / Supplier selection, vetting, and validation.

Serve as a Change Agent to provide improvement solutions.

任职资格：

Bachelor of Science Degree in chemistry or biology or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years’ experience in the area of quality assurance/control, process engineering, and/or product formulation.

Basic knowledge of cGMP requirements in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Familiarity and knowledge of standards, specifications, U.S. federal regulations related to beauty and personal care products; ISO 22716:2007.

Experience with U.S. retailer third party testing and quality requirements

Excellent attention to detail & accuracy

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written)

Must be flexible and adapt to continually changing priorities, and updates to regulatory, customer and Hatchbeauty standards and expectations.

Ability to multi-task and work independently. Highly motivated self-starter.

Solid computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. MRP / Manufacturing Systems experience a plus.

Excellent skills in decision making, data collection and analysis, organizing and planning.

Ability to learn and apply QA tools such as Lean Six Sigma, SPC, Process Mapping, FMEA and 5S.

Some travel within China / Asia required.

Must be able to communicate proficiently in written English, primarily via email, and easily understand and explain test reports, final inspection reports, etc. in English.
